A Day in the Life As a Kérastase Educator, you will be the driving force behind the growth and expertise of our partner salons. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will inspire and empower hairdressing professionals by delivering world‑class training on our iconic Kérastase products and services. Inspire & Educate: Facilitate engaging face‑to‑face and online training sessions, from academy programs to in‑salon product demonstrations, ensuring our partners are at the forefront of hair trends. Drive Business Growth: Collaborate closely with Business Consultants to create and execute tailored education plans that drive salon retail sales and service revenue. Animate the Brand: Become a true brand ambassador, managing educational events and animations that bring the luxury and innovation of Kérastase to life. Build Relationships: Act as a key partner for our salons, providing them with the expert knowledge and coaching they need to succeed and grow their business. You thrive on coaching others and are a natural at building connections. Education & Animation: A proven ability to design and deliver inspiring educational content that captivates an audience and drives learning. Communication & Influence: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information and build influential relationships with salon partners.
