Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Design/Studio Producer to join our fast-paced agency environment for a short-term 1‒–3 month contract, with potential to extend. The role This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of design, studio, digital and content projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest creative standard. This is a short-term contract of 1‐2 months, but could extend past the initial contract depending on our workload. Our ideal start would be late June to early July. Working closely with the Production teams, Creative, Client Service and external agencies/partners, you’ll be the key point of contact for Design workflow and will also manage schedules, resources, budgets and project delivery across multiple channels. Key responsibilities Project & Production Management Manage end-to-end production and delivery of design, studio, digital and content/social projects. Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Design & Studio Traffic Management Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming design briefs. Work with production leads to oversee and traffic incoming workflows from our external agency teams. Allocate resources and manage production capacity to maximise efficiency and output. Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent jobs. Prepare and manage project budgets. Track project costs, supplier estimates and production spend. Support forecasting and resource planning where required. Stakeholder Management Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners. Facilitate clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage expectations and provide regular project status updates. What will you bring? You’ll be super organised, used to fast-paced, with at least 3 years’ experience in a Producer, Studio Manager, Traffic Manager or Project Management role within advertising, design, digital or creative agency. Strong understanding of agency workflows and production processes. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen and experience managing production budgets. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
