About the Role As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of venue performance, including: Leading and developing a large team Driving operational excellence and service standards Managing labour, stock control and venue profitability Creating a high‑performance culture Delivering exceptional guest experiences Building leadership capability within the management team Identifying opportunities to improve revenue and venue performance This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a strong presence in the business and a genuine passion for hospitality. About You We're looking for an experienced hospitality leader who can demonstrate: Success leading large hospitality teams in busy, high‑volume environments Strong commercial acumen and ownership of venue financial performance Experience managing labour, wages, stock and operational KPIs A track record of developing leaders and building high-performing teams The ability to balance people, culture and commercial outcomes A hands‑on leadership style and commitment to operational excellence Whether your current title is General Manager, Venue Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Hospitality Leader, we'd love to hear from you. Important Information This opportunity is based in Queenstown, New Zealand and requires relocation for a minimum of 24 months.
