About This Role Located in a beautiful West Coast, Greymouth Casual (as and when required not on a regular basis) AM, PM, Night and Weekend shifts We have a fantastic opportunity for a Caregiver with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere. Your Skills And Experience Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment. NZQA Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing) is preferred, but not essential. Good communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude. A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
