Evening Warehouse Supervisor – Bidfood Queenstown About the Role We are seeking a motivated Evening Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy food distribution operation in Queenstown. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day running of warehouse operations, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service. Key Responsibilities Ensure all customer orders are accurately picked, packed, loaded, and dispatched on time, meeting service standards and delivery deadlines Oversee inwards goods processes to ensure all stock is received accurately and processed promptly Maintain correct stock rotation, storage, labelling, and warehouse replenishment practices Support the training, coaching and performance management of the warehouse team What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role is preferred but experience in a similar food distribution warehouse environment will be considered Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and health & safety practices Good problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and walk and stand for long periods of time. Forklift qualifications are desirable, but training and support provided if required. This is a full‑time role, the roster will require you to work weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday off with a 3:30pm start and 12:00am approximate finish. Minimum of 30 hours per week guaranteed and maximum weekly hours are 60. The hourly rate is between $32.50 and $34.00 per hour depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
