Job Description
As a Motel Front Desk, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for handling daily customer service tasks including welcoming guests, handling reservations, answering customer inquiries, and more. We expect you to have good interpersonal skills and a service mindset, able to maintain professionalism under pressure and provide a quality customer experience.
