Auckland Casual position Support a busy healthcare bookings team and clinical trials administration. Flexible work opportunities between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday. About this role: This is a casual position with no guaranteed number of hours You will work on a casual “as and when required” basis to assist the Bookings team in managing workload as well as covering planned and unplanned leave You will be given reasonable notice when being asked to work and you may choose whether to accept or decline the work. Our hours are between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Accurately upload and enter patient referrals and maintain patient information Support the Bookings Manager and wider bookings team with administrative tasks as required Support the clinical trials team with administrative tasks Ensure referrals are reviewed and processed according to established protocols Monitor and manage designated inboxes About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or healthcare reception (preferred but not essential) Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Confidence using computer systems and learning new software The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a busy environment A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with patients and healthcare providers Availability to work flexible casual shifts as needed If you believe you have these attributes and would like to be part of this dedicated team, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
