Job Description

Growth Marketing Manager This mid‑senior role reports directly to the Head of Growth and will own the company's organic growth engine. The position includes ownership of website performance, SEO, and AI‑powered discoverability (AEO) and involves strategy, experimentation, and conversion work. This permanent, full‑time role is based in Sydney, AU or Auckland, NZ and is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will work cross‑functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Content, Sales, and Product, and coordinate agencies and freelancers as part of daily activities. Responsibilities Own the website experience and drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) by managing strategy, UX, content hierarchy, and technical performance. Conduct structured A/B testing and partner with paid media to maximise ROI. Build and execute SEO strategy for sustainable organic growth across ANZ, US, and UK markets. Lead technical SEO, content strategy, link building, and domain authority initiatives. Establish Tracksuit’s presence in AI‑powered search (AEO) by building citation strategies across platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude; optimise content and structured data. Drive experimentation discipline: design and run experiments across organic channels using GA4, HubSpot, and product data to uncover bottlenecks and opportunities, prioritising impact and speed to learn. Qualifications 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, or digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong technical SEO fluency – site architecture, schema, crawlability, link equity – and experience directing agencies and developer resources. Proven track record of optimising websites for conversion with evidence of A/B testing and measurable results. A builder mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch or fixing broken systems. Commercial mindset: tie experiments and tactics directly to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic vanity metrics. Independent, prioritises ruthlessly, and ships fast. Bonus Points Experience with AEO or optimising for AI‑generated search results. Familiarity with B2B SaaS buying journeys and consideration‑stage content. Experience at a company in the $20M–$100M ARR stage. Success Metrics Growth in organic traffic, SQLs, and pipeline contribution from owned channels. Improved website conversion rates across priority user journeys. Experimentation velocity – volume and quality of tests with clear learnings. SEO performance metrics: rankings, domain authority, backlink quality. Efficiency metrics: organic CAC, payback period, contribution to overall marketing ROI. Benefits Competitive market rate remuneration, reviewed regularly for fairness and transparency. Employee Share Option Program (ESOP). Annual wellness bonus, access to EAP, and generous annual leave. Paid parental leave and support for a smooth return to work. Annual learning & development budget, mentorship, and growth opportunities. Flexible working: office‑first culture with flexibility to support balance and performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
