Reporting to the Head of Retail- NZ,you'lllead Visual Merchandising operations across New ZealandforCountry Road, Witchery,Treneryand Politix, partnering with store teams to create inspiring customer experiences while delivering commercial results. In this dynamic role,you'llcoach and develop teams to confidently execute visual merchandising, balancing creativity with brand consistency, customer needs, operationalexcellenceand datadriven insightsto deliver commercial outcomes. You'llbe the link between brand vision and in-store execution,translating VM strategies into practical, storespecific solutions that reflect local market nuances and individual store layouts.You'llalso lead key VM projects from concept to completion, ensuringthey'redelivered on time,tobudgetand to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Maintain an in-depth understanding of product collections, briefs,and the overall brand strategyacross Country Road, Trenery, Witchery and Politixto deliver VM excellence aligned to brandvision Ensure that store layouts reflect brand identity while maximising space and enhancing customer experience Work closely with the Retail Regional Managers to prioritise store visits based on VM needs and strategic focus Provide coaching and development to store teams, focusing on the "artandscience" of visual merchandising and empowering Store Managers to own the execution of VM requirements in their stores Track andmonitorthe execution status of store VM roll-outs to ensuretimely, accurate,and safe completion Identifyopportunities to simplify and optimise the VM process, improving both the instore team member experience and the customer journey Implement and adhere to WHS policies and procedures.
