Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Deputy principal PTSA, 5MUs English, Health and physical education, Learning languages, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Māori, The arts Takaanini School is a growing full primary school with approximately 600 students. We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and effective leader to join our senior leadership team as deputy principal. Following the appointment of our deputy principal to the principal role, we have reviewed our leadership structure to strengthen leadership across our kura. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next stage of our school's development while working alongside a committed leadership team. This is a fully released leadership position with a strong focus on improving teaching practice and supporting teacher growth. The deputy principal will lead professional learning, coaching, teacher induction, classroom observation and feedback, while working closely with our junior school leaders to strengthen teaching, learning, and student outcomes.
