RMO Daily Operations Advisor – Waitematā District (North Shore Hospital) Join our team to make a real impact in healthcare administration. We are looking for a passionate individual to deliver exceptional customer service and support the junior doctor workforce. Role Overview The Daily Operations team plays a vital role in ensuring safe and effective healthcare delivery across the community. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. The position involves problem solving, working with people, and making a tangible difference. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for Resident Medical Officers (RMOs), providing timely advice and operational support. Manage a wide range of queries from RMOs and coordinate administrative processes. Collaborate closely with clinical and nonclinical stakeholders to keep daily operations running smoothly. Deliver high‑quality service both face‑to‑face and over the phone while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. About You Friendly, empathetic and professional in demeanor. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines. Logical thinking and sound problem‑solving skills. Advanced Excel skills – advantageous.
