We're looking for a Customer Fulfilment Representative to join our Supply Chain team based at our Royal Oak Head Office. This is a full-time, predominantly onsite role where you'll work closely with colleagues across manufacturing, planning, distribution and sales to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. About the role As a Customer Fulfilment Representative, you'll be the key link between our customers and our operations. You'll ensure customer orders are processed accurately, deliveries run smoothly and any issues are resolved quickly and professionally. Your work will have a direct impact on our customers' experience by helping ensure products arrive where they're needed, when they're needed. Working collaboratively across our Supply Chain team, you'll help keep information flowing, solve problems before they become bigger issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer fulfilment processes. What you'll be doing Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Responding promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email Resolving delivery discrepancies, returns, shortages, credits and transport queries Coordinating with transport providers to support on-time deliveries Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation Supporting invoicing and third-party deliveries Preparing compliance documentation for customers where required Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements Building strong working relationships across Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution and Sales to deliver an outstanding customer experience About you You're someone who enjoys working in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same. You're naturally organised, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work. Experience in customer service, customer fulfilment, logistics, supply chain or administration Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems, with experience using SAP or a similar ERP system highly regarded Experience in a manufacturing, logistics or warehousing environment would be advantageous Why join Sanitarium?
