Inbound Consultant

Job Overview FMG are looking for Service Superstars to join our Service Centre as Inbound Consultants, based in Christchurch. These roles are more than simply “answering the phone”. You will be the voice of FMG and the first point of contact for new and existing clients. You’ll talk with our clients every day — answering queries, problem‑solving, supporting insurance needs, and ensuring we continue to deliver on our promise of providing FMG clients with a world‑class service experience. Requirements & Qualifications Excellent telephone manner and high‑quality listening skills. Problem‑solving skills and a never‑ending commitment to the customer. Ability to think on your feet and the willingness to learn. Ability to retain complex information and a high level of computer literacy. Working Hours Full‑time roles (37.5 hours per week) with scheduled shifts across five days Monday to Friday between 7.30 am – 6.30 pm and 8.30 am to 4.30 pm on Saturdays.
