COMMERCIAL MANAGER Penrose, Auckland Oji Fibre Solutions is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country and abroad. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors. Based at our Paper Bag business in Penrose, Auckland, we provide innovative and high-quality fibre‑based packaging to the dairy, horticulture, industrial and food sectors. You will be a key member of the lead management team, responsible for both ensuring the financial integrity of the business and performance managing the business. The provision of insightful commercial and operational insights to drive performance improvement is a core aspect of this role. You will play a vital role in influencing profit and cash flow delivery and business growth. Responsibilities Interact with all areas of the business and take ownership of the numbers (actual, budget and forecast reporting) Develop and lead a high‑performance team of people Ensure financial integrity of the business and drive performance management Provide commercial and operational insights to support performance improvement Qualifications Tertiary qualification (BCom) with a CA or equivalent qualification Proven experience from a manufacturing environment Sound computer skills with experience in automated accounting systems (SAP or similar ERP) What We Offer Competitive salary 7.5% Superannuation Benefits Package including life insurance, income protection, free basic Southern Cross Medical Insurance Staff parking onsite This opportunity will suit a self‑motivated professional who relishes a fast‑paced environment where energy, knowledge and capability are noticed.
