Auckland Hospital is a leading centre with the National Women’s Hospital as a major maternity facility, delivering high-volume care and acting as a national referral centre for babies needing specialist intervention. The service provides primary maternity care in central Auckland and supports professional development across clinical practice, education, research and leadership. We have full-time and part-time rostered positions available across multiple maternity services, including Primary Birthing Unit (Whānau Ngā Uri), Maternity Assessment Unit, High Risk Antenatal and Postnatal, and Delivery Unit. Responsibilities Contribute to maternity services across listed units within Auckland Hospital including Primary Birthing Unit, Maternity Assessment Unit, High Risk Antenatal and Postnatal, and Delivery Unit. Engage in the professional development pathway across clinical practice, education, research and leadership. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, high-quality maternity care. Qualifications Registered midwife with one or two years of experience. Eligible for full registration with the Midwifery Council of New Zealand.
