Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer telephones and greet all visitors with courtesy, professionalism and a Servant’s Heart Respond to phone calls promptly, answer questions, and if appropriate, forward calls as needed Manage the King Soopers gift card ordering and distribution Order copy paper and other supplies as requested Assist in preparing family tuition contracts Accept payments for student accounts Send emails and make phone calls to families requesting payments Daily mail run for inter-campus mail Assist Accounts Receivable in preparing for weekly bank deposits Coordinate the paperwork and background checks for volunteers, and keep an active list of volunteers Daily lunch cashier Other duties as assigned Commits and fully supports the missional and organizational standards including our Core Values, Mission Statement and Doctrinal Statement, and Statement of Faith and Christian Beliefs.
