Job Description About the role - Mō te turanga mahi In this role you will: Lead the design, development and lifecycle management of innovative customer solutions and propositions for AMP Wealth Management Drive cashflow, revenue growth and customer adoption through new and existing products and partnerships. Build and lead a high-performing team while managing strategic partnerships across AMP's ecosystem. Desired Skills and Experience We’re looking for someone who: Has extensive experience in product, proposition and/or solution development within financial services or other retail-customer focused industries, with a strong customer‑centric mindset. Brings proven commercial acumen and a track record of delivering revenue growth, strategic partnerships and successful product outcomes.
