Job Description

What you’ll do Apply your technical knowledge on live client projects. Develop your earthworks and grading capabilities while learning to use 3D modelling software. Perform stormwater and wastewater calculations to support pipe network design and site‑wide stormwater management. Apply local and national standards and codes of practice to solve engineering challenges and inform design solutions. Work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory, and design. Learn from technical experts and mentors through immersive guidance. Grow your skills with workshops, self‑paced learning, and leadership programs. Progress toward professional accreditation and chartership with team support. Connect through Limelight, our Early Careers Network. What you’ll bring Graduated and available to start full‑time in February 2027. A relevant Civil engineering degree recognised by the Washington Accords (completed or near completion). A genuine interest in earthworks, stormwater, wastewater, and land development engineering.
