About the Role You will lead and support a team of Territory Managers, ensuring they are equipped, motivated, and empowered to deliver exceptional in‑store execution. What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Territory Managers Deliver sales plans, financial targets, and execution standards for the UNI region Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, promotional execution, and in‑store presence Build strong relationships with store managers, owners, and key customer stakeholders Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Use data insights and tools (e.g., Power BI) to guide prioritisation and decision‑making Identify opportunities for growth, operational efficiency, and improved customer engagement What You’ll Bring FMCG or grocery field sales leadership experience Strong commercial judgement backed by disciplined planning and analysis Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders Exceptional communication and interpersonal capability Highly organised, resilient, and detail‑focused Familiarity with sales execution tools, CRM systems, and Power BI Experience analysing and reporting on sales data #J-18808-Ljbffr
