About the Role We are seeking a creative and motivated Multimedia Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and producing engaging multimedia content to support the company’s digital presence, branding, marketing activities, dance programmes, and events. The successful candidate will create and manage multimedia materials across websites, social media platforms, promotional campaigns, and digital learning resources, while ensuring content is visually compelling, technically effective, and aligned with the company’s brand and communication objectives. Key Responsibilities Create and maintian website content and digital pages to support programme information, event promotion, and online engagement activities Produce interactive multimedia materials incorporating graphics, photography, video, animation, and visual effects to enhance audience experiences across digital platforms Develop multimedia presentations, promotional videos, digital learning materials, and other visual assets to support dance programmes, performances, workshops, and educational activities Publish and manage multimedia content across websites, social media channels, and other digital platforms using multimedia software and content management tools Coordinate with website service providers and digital plateform administrators regarding website hosting, content publishing, security, and ongoing maintainance requirements Monitor website accessiblity, user access requriements, and digital plateform performance to support the reliability and continuity of online services Combine images, videos, audio files, graphics, and other multimedia elements to create cohesive digital content and interactive online experiences Assist in planning and implementing website development initiatives and digital content projects to support online engagement and the continuous improvement of the company's digital plateforms Organise and maintain multimedia files, digital assets and production resources. Requirements Hold a bachelor degree or higher qualification. Qualification in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Creative Technologies or a related disciplines will be highly regarded At least five years of relevant experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, digital media development, video production, or related multimedia roles Demonstrated experience in multimedia production, digital content creation, video production, or digital media development across websites, social media, or other online platforms. Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar). Knowledge of video production, animation, graphic design, image editing, and digital content development. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of social media platforms, website content management systems, and online content publishing practices would be advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
