Inbound Operations Specialist – East Tamaki, Auckland, New Zealand Work Arrangement: Onsite | Employment: Permanent/Full Time | Shift: AM 5:30am-2pm Responsibilities Supervise the day‑to‑day operations of the inbound function to achieve maximum productivity and cost‑effectiveness. Manage workload to satisfy customer orders and operational requirements, ensuring timely processing and delivery. Implement and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Encourage a culture of innovative thought and financial discipline, aligning with the company’s Mission, Vision, Principles, and Values. Report potential procedural improvements to the AM or PM Supervisor and drive continuous process improvements. Support efficient operations within the Distribution Centre to meet customer demands and foster a high‑performance culture. Qualifications Extensive warehousing and distribution experience in inbound processes and procedures. Foster team engagement and contribute to a positive culture. Ability and system knowledge required for operational planning. Comfortable spending approximately 60% of time on system and planning tasks and 40% on the floor. Experience managing and meeting budgets. Proficiency in SAP, JDA, intermediate Excel skills or experience with similar systems. MBI Accreditation (AP/TFO) desirable.
