Support Engineer

We are looking for experienced IT engineers to support onsite service requirements in the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions. Role: IT Support Engineer – On‑Call/Freelance/Casual Site Locations: Renwick, Blenheim and other locations in New Zealand Mode of engagement: Dispatch – on‑call ticket based, freelance, part‑time, casual basis SLA: SBD or NBD support or whenever required Key Responsibilities Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms. Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities. Assist with network troubleshooting, including LAN and WAN environments. Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure. Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests. Document support activities and resolutions in accordance with company procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
