Job Description
Overview Product Manager (Customer Experience) within the ANZ Operations division at Corpay, based in Ellerslie. The role bridges customer, product and commercial functions, reporting to the Customer Experience Director, and focuses on improving how customers experience our products across Australia and New Zealand. Role Responsibilities Own the end-to-end customer experience. Map and understand customer interactions across onboarding, servicing, payments and support. Become the go-to expert on how things work. Identify friction points and gaps across journeys, and drive real improvements. Deliver incremental improvements that make a measurable difference. Lead the last mile of delivery. Collaborate with technical PMs on initiatives such as telephony, portals and payments. Own rollout into the business – communications, training, knowledge base and adoption. Act as the voice of the customer, translating frontline insights into clear requirements. Ensure that built solutions work in the real world. Connect the dots across Customer Services, Product, Commercialisation, VAS, Credit and Technology teams. Step in where ownership is unclear and drive outcomes. Qualifications & Skills 5–8+ years of experience in Product, Customer Experience or Operations roles. Proven ability to drive change across teams without direct authority. Strong understanding of product delivery and customer experience. Bias for action – identify problems and fix them. Bonus: Experience in payments, cards or financial services.
