We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our day shift team at our Kennington Remanufacturing site. These are hands‑on, full‑time roles ideally suited to people who are practical, dependable, and eager to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for individuals with a proven work history demonstrating commitment, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to be part of a team that takes pride in delivering quality work safely. Our Machine Operator/Labourer opportunities are available across departments including Packaging and Paint—both fast‑paced environments where reliability, collaboration, and communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Operating automated machinery Monitoring timber flow and performing quality checks Manual infeed and outfeed of timber boards Inspecting and repairing premium timber products Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Full training will be provided for all tasks, along with ongoing mentoring and development opportunities. We Want to Hear From You If You: Are physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work Have mechanical or technical aptitude Work well in a team environment Have a proven record of reliability and good attendance Communicate clearly and confidently Are willing to learn and take on new challenges Have your own reliable transport Hours of Work Day Shift (Primary vacancies) Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm Additional overtime of 1.5 hours per day at the end of shift, Monday–Thursday Overtime is a requirement of the role Night Shift (Limited opportunity for the right candidate) Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 1:30am Additional overtime at the end of shift as required Overtime as required of the role Please indicate your preferred shift(s) in your application.
