What You Will Do As an Implementation Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to coordinate and execute the successful implementation of Teletrac Navman solutions, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and within defined service expectations. You will help us in our mission to solve our customers' problems. Coordinating installation activities and managing end-to-end implementation workflows Creating and maintaining accurate work orders, ensuring customer and asset data integrity Scheduling and coordination of installers in line with availability and job requirements Monitoring installation progress and proactively managing delays, rebooking’s, and issues Communicating with customers, contractors, installers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Identifying and escalating at-risk or complex jobs while contributing to continuous process improvement About You To be successful in this role, you will be equipped with: Strong customer service and communication skills High attention to detail with excellent organisational ability The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, solution-focused mindset and ability to take ownership Strong time management and prioritisation skills The ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders Confidence working independently while contributing to a team A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Experience with GPS or fleet technology is advantageous, but not essential.
