About the role We are seeking Psychiatrists for Full‑Time or Part‑Time roles in the vibrant Christchurch to join our East Community team. In this role you will work within our Adult General Service as part of an integrated system, with presentations involving crisis, inpatient and community assessment and under‑care work. Experience in Adult Mental Health – including inpatient, outpatient, alcohol and drug services and rehabilitation – is essential. Responsibilities Work within quality‑driven, forward‑thinking multidisciplinary teams where collaboration and professionalism are at the fore. Use specialist knowledge and clinical expertise to deliver innovative acute and long‑term care that meets individuals' needs. Lead multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the ongoing development of client‑centred frameworks. Qualifications Eligibility to gain registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
