The role and its duties Drive the business forward from the front - developing market opportunities and leading the sales processes including actively selling where required. Customer experience (CSI) - act as the steward of our customer satisfaction index (CSI). Collaborative advertising - work with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that drive leads and improve online and social media sales conversions. Pricing and appraisals - the ability to assess and price vehicles alongside the used vehicle operations requires a motor industry background. National distributor engagement - responsible for ensuring warm, effective relationships with the National Distributor and all associated staff. The skills and attributes sought We are seeking the skills of an experienced retail automotive Sales Manager, or a second in charge, or a highly proficient vehicle sales professional ready to move up. Accountability, integrity, and decency - the ability to take total ownership of the department's results and maintain the highest professional standards in every interaction. Superior communication skills and professional personal presentation.
