Full‑Time Registered Nurse | 32 Hours Per Week | Permanent | 4 on 2 off Roster At our Bupa Ascot Care Home in Invercargill , we’re offering a permanent 32‑hour role on a structured 4 on, 2 off roster across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. This is a position for someone who enjoys routine, takes pride in delivering high‑quality care, and wants to build lasting relationships with residents and their families. We’re looking for a nurse who brings both heart and capability to their work, confident in their clinical judgement, communicates clearly with colleagues and families, and can stay calm and organised across different shifts. Experience in aged care and familiarity with InterRAI will set you up for success, but just as important is your ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and contribute positively to a close‑knit team environment. Your approach will be practical and resident‑focused, with a genuine commitment to providing safe, respectful, and consistent care. Hours & Roster Details: Employment Type: permanent full‑time Hours: average 32 hours per week Shift Time: morning, afternoon and night shifts Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6‑weekly roster across Monday‑Sunday) Your Person‑First Approach: You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy. Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council registration. Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience. Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
