Activities Operator

About the role As an Activities Operator, you will help ensure that the day-to-day operations of our Gondola, Guest Services, Luge, and MTB team run smoothly for our customers. This role covers a range of tasks including chairlift operation, photo and ticket sales, mountain bike loading, trail maintenance, along with customer instruction and safety and is a permanent position, operating all year round. You will need to be motivated and customer focused with a friendly manner and can-do attitude. Ideal candidate Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience. The 2 years of experience must be relevant and ideally requires the candidate to have: “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the tourism industry proficiency in downhill mountain biking 1+ years chairlift experience 1+ years customer service experience enjoy working with a fun, diverse team This Role Offers $29 - $29.50 per hour with 30 hours per week guaranteed a fun diverse working environment including free gondola and luge rides for family and friends a place in a dynamic, values-driven and growing international organisation free staff meals and $1 coffees access to accommodation options Safety is a high priority in our working environment.
