Summary At Real, we support young people to build resilience, wellbeing, and connection. Whetū Marewa is our primary mental health service for taiohi (youth) experiencing mild to moderate mental health, addiction, and social challenges. Our team brings a diverse mix of skills, experience, and professional perspectives, creating a collaborative environment where different disciplines contribute to better outcomes for taiohi and whānau. We welcome clinicians who bring different skills and perspectives, and we are especially keen to hear from Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, and AOD clinicians with a passion for working with young people and whānau. Responsibilities Enhancing confidence, resilience, and wellbeing in taiohi. Supporting taiohi to connect or reconnect with community services and take control of their lives. Providing assessments and brief interventions. Working in schools and communities to support primary mental health needs. For the right candidate, we are open to full‑time or part‑time hours. You | Mōu We’re looking for a registered clinician with mental health and addiction experience, a passion for working with taiohi and whānau, and a deep appreciation of Te Ao Māori. We especially welcome applications from Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, and AOD clinicians.
