Job Description Join AECOM as a Cost Management Intern and gain valuable experience in the field of cost management within the built environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting various projects and learning about both pre‑ and post‑contract activities. How you’ll make a difference: Assist with Cost Planning: Help with cost modelling and planning to support project budgeting and financial forecasting. Support Tendering Activities: Participate in managing tender processes and documentation to aid procurement efforts. Contribute to Reporting: Assist in preparing financial and due diligence reports that inform project decision‑making. Help Manage Change Control: Support the review and management of change control procedures to ensure commercial accuracy throughout project delivery. Qualifications Summer Intern attributes: Interns who are curious and excited to apply their studies in a professional environment. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or any related discipline. Commencement: Able to work full time hours from 16 November 2026 – 19 February 2027. Working Rights: You must have full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand before applying.
