We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Casual Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. About the Role As a Casual Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while preparing and serving a wide range of beverages. You'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience every time they visit. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard. Deliver exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests. Maintain a clean, organised, and well‑stocked bar area. Process orders and payments accurately through POS systems. Ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements. Support restaurant, events, and functions operations as required. Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies. Qualifications What We're Looking For Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and reliability. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event shifts. Professional presentation and positive attitude.
