Join our respite service team in a rewarding night shift role, helping support people experiencing mental distress through short‑term, recovery‑focused respite. You’ll work closely with mental health services and clinical teams to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where guests feel heard and cared for. Among your key responsibilities will be: Remaining responsive to tāngata whai ora needs overnight Providing medication support Offering compassionate care Engaging guest in any activities Assisting with household tasks, such as cleaning and cooking About You | Mō We are seeking someone who enjoys overnight work and can remain responsive to guest needs within our supportive environment. Successful candidates will have: Current full driver’s licence Current first aid certificate or are you willing to obtain one New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi Applications Close | Rā Katinga: 24 July 2026.
