This is a casual position with no set weekly hours of work. The purpose of the role. We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team on a casual basis. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers. This is a flexible, Casual role perfect for someone looking for work around their schedule. Key Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and alert management to any suspicious activity Conduct regular patrols throughout the warehouse and store areas Respond promptly to security concerns and incidents Assist with access control and customer safety protocols Report and document any security issues or concerns Support the team with general loss prevention initiatives as needed Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods.
