Residential Project Manager

We are looking for an Experienced NZ Registered Electrician with NZ residency who is passionate about residential projects (new build and renovation) and smaller commercial jobs. In this Project Manager role you will lead a team of apprentice and qualified electricians, ensuring each job is completed to a very high standard. Responsibilities Respond to residential and commercial job leads; arrange site visits to scope works before quoting. Manage time and administration to keep projects within quoted hours. Order gear for jobs and process variations and credits. Prepare and maintain the division’s monthly P&L report to meet KPI targets. Complete Health and Safety Documents, Toolbox Meeting Minutes, Code of Compliance Certificates, On‑the‑Job Audits, and team timesheets and schedules. Communicate clearly with builders, other trades, and homeowners; maintain a friendly and approachable manner. Provide leadership and training to the team, overseeing on‑site execution and safety. Qualifications NZ Qualified Electrical Registration (Not Limited License). NZ trade experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a small team. Strong project administration accuracy and organisational ability. Previous experience in a leadership role is an advantage; training will be provided for the right applicant. Employment Package Attractive hourly rate plus performance‑based bonus. Company vehicle.
