About the Role Job Title: Club Manager Employment Type: Permanent Weekly Hours: 31 hours Working Days and Hours: Monday 10am‑7pm; Tuesday‑Thursday 12pm‑7pm; Saturday 8am‑11am; Fridays and Sundays off. Responsibilities Drive an exceptional member experience and build key stakeholder relationships with members and local businesses. Deliver the agreed number of new membership sales and member growth on a regular basis, reporting to your Regional Performance Manager. Maintain a positive club culture with members by engaging in key events and promotions. Perform regular in‑club operations tasks to ensure all areas are clean and hygienic, equipment and club repairs are updated and scheduled regularly. Qualifications & Requirements New Zealand citizen, resident, or holder of an open work visa with no restrictions for at least 12 months. Current First Aid certificate covering CPR and defibrillator (NZQA unit standards 6401 and 6402) or willingness to obtain one. Self‑motivated and self‑disciplined with excellent customer‑service skills and a sales focus. Positive can‑do attitude and passion for working with people. Willingness to work 31 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with Fridays and Sundays off. Strong interest in the health and fitness industry.
