About the role We’re looking for a motivated and detail focused Sales & Customer Coordinator to support our national Retrofit business from our Auckland office. This is a key hybrid role sitting at the heart of our sales process — managing inbound enquiries, coordinating customer engagement, supporting sales conversion, and ensuring jobs move smoothly from first contact through to installation and completion. You’ll be part of a team working closely with sales representatives and operational teams across New Zealand, helping ensure customers receive a seamless, professional experience from start to finish. Our customers are predominantly homeowners looking to improve the comfort, warmth and efficiency of their homes — so the way we respond, follow through and deliver really matters. What you’ll be doing Managing inbound customer leads from initial enquiry through to qualification and sales allocation Booking and coordinating appointments for our sales representatives across NZ Following up quotes and customer enquiries to support strong conversion outcomes Supporting customers through the sales process, answering questions and providing clear product information Coordinating key job milestones including final measures, order confirmation and installation scheduling Processing customer deposits, invoices and sales administration with accuracy and attention to detail Monitoring job progress through to completion, ensuring all documentation and system records are accurate Following up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and support final job closure What we’re looking for Experience in sales support, customer service or coordination roles Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers over the phone High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities A proactive approach — you don’t wait for things to happen, you follow them through Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment Strong systems capability and accuracy with data and administration A team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared success If you enjoy being organised, talking to customers, and playing a key role in turning opportunities into completed projects, this could be a great fit.
