Turuturu School is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Principal to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher and leader who is committed to fostering high-quality teaching and learning while helping to shape the future direction of our school. The successful applicant will: demonstrate outstanding classroom practice be an effective and relational leader who can build strong connections with students, staff, whānau, and the community have a proven ability to lead and support curriculum development and improvement initiatives be committed to culturally responsive practice and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills be willing to contribute positively to the wider life of the school. The position carries three permanent management units (3MU). Leadership responsibilities will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on their strengths, experience, and areas of expertise. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of educators who are passionate about providing the very best outcomes for every learner.
