About the Role – Tēnei tūranga We are looking for an experienced HR generalist to join our team supporting Te Whakatairanga Service Delivery (TWSD). You’ll thrive on variety, pace, and solving real people challenges and love coaching leaders, building capability, and providing grounded, practical advice that helps teams get on with their mahi. This role sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day P&C delivery, working closely with leaders and teams to support great people outcomes across MBIE.
