This role is ideal for someone with experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare, who brings strong sales capability and a natural ability to build and maintain effective relationships. You will be responsible for managing key accounts across North Timaru, South Invercargill, Dunedin and Central Wanaka, so a willingness to travel is essential (approximately 4–6 days per month). Success in this role will come from your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, solve problems proactively and deliver strong commercial outcomes. A day in the life Achievement of set territory sales, market share, distribution & all cycle objective targets. Ensure all dealing is maintained within agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines. Maintain customer contact & call frequency as per agreed contact strategy. Execute required activities as advised by the National Accounts team & advise non‑compliance in a timely fashion. Utilise all available point of sales material to drive sales and maximise in‑store presence, erect displays as & when required. Report to the National Sales Manager on performance versus objectives. Provide timely and accurate field intelligence via reports to line management. Ensure appropriate care for all company assets allocated for use in performing the job. Ensure thorough execution of agreed action plans resulting from infield accompaniment evaluations. Your areas of knowledge and expertise Sales or retail experience, ideally within grocery or pharmacy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self‑managed and motivated. Pride in your role and passion for representing the Haleon brands across the pharmacy channel. Strong relationship management skills and customer focus. Great driving history.
