As a Collections Strategy Lead, you'll use data, insights and strategic thinking to optimise collections performance across ACC's debt portfolio. You'll identify trends, emerging risks and opportunities, providing recommendations that improve outcomes and support informed decision-making. You'll be a member of the Collections & Recoveries Leadership Team, and will play a key role in shaping the future direction of Collections & Recoveries. You'll challenge conventional thinking, influence senior stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve performance, operational effectiveness and customer experience. This role will suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, turning insights into action, and driving meaningful change through strong stakeholder relationships and evidence-based decision-making. The midpoint of the salary band for this role is $119,161 , appointment within the band will be based on experience. Key Accountabilities: Develop and optimise collections and debt management strategies that improve business performance and customer outcomes Use data and insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and influence strategic decision-making Build and maintain segmentation and treatment strategies that maximise recoveries and minimise losses Provide analysis, forecasting and recommendations to support operational effectiveness and resource planning Partner with leaders and external providers to drive performance, continuous improvement and successful business outcomes Contribute to organisational initiatives and help shape the future direction of Collections & Recoveries We\'re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Experience in collections, recoveries or debt management would be beneficial, but isn\'t essential. You may have gained your experience in strategy, analytics, business performance, operational improvement, risk, customer operations or leadership roles where you\'ve used data and insights to influence decisions and improve outcomes. If you can demonstrate strong analytical capability, stakeholder influence skills and a track record of delivering results, we\'d love to hear from you.
