Nursing staff will be required to provide support across a variety of shifts within these hours. Perform accurate nursing assessments and provide evidence-based interventions. Deliver ongoing, culturally safe care that meets patient and family needs. Maintain precise documentation and promote patient education. Participate in team discussions, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Advanced experience in Acute Nursing. Current registration as a New Zealand Registered Nurse. Previous urgent care facility or Emergency Department experiences are advantageous. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Awareness of ACC and PHC. Familiarity with MedTech 32 or MedTech Evolution (or similar) preferred. Commitment to health equity and cultural competency, with an understanding of Tikanga Māori, Kawa Māori, and Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Legal rights to work in New Zealand.
