Benefits Subsidised onsite hospital gym membership Free flu vaccinations Discounted goods About the Role As a Clinical Coach (Emergency Department), you will provide point‑of‑care educational interventions to achieve clinical skill and practice development for nurses within our busy emergency department. You will work directly in the clinical environment alongside new and developing practitioners, embedding taught theory, modelling evidence‑based care, and using real‑time coaching skills to sharpen their clinical decision‑making. About the Team/Service/Location Our team of emergency professionals at Tauranga Hospital is dedicated to cultivating a safe, high‑performing, and collaborative learning environment. We pride ourselves on fostering clinical excellence and strong, supportive workforce relationships across the wider clinical network. About you Current New Zealand Nursing Council Registration and a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC). Significant clinical experience within an Emergency Department or acute care setting. Proven clinical leadership with demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or precepting developing staff. Strong communication skills to build key stakeholder partnerships and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.
