Job Overview Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Project Management team in Adelaide are expanding and seeking a Project Director to join the senior leadership team. Responsibilities Lead and manage large scale real estate projects as the key client interface Develop working relationships, problem solve and drive projects to successful completion Manage the design process to achieve the client’s requirements and manage expectations Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc. Manage project safety and environmental requirements Manage project timelines, risks and reporting Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track Qualifications A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management 10 – 15 years industry experience working on major health/retail/commercial/mixed‑use developments Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team Strong business development acumen is highly desirable Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients Advanced Microsoft skills are essential Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface Excellent communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills EEO Statement Turner & Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
