Responsibilities Upsell our Panorama restaurant, guided trip activities, and retail products, as well as support guests to enjoy them. Greet and interact with all customers and aid as required, including checking them in for activities such as Glacier Explorers, Trekking and Stargazing. Assist with the processing of stock deliveries and shop‑floor replenishment in line with our merchandising standards. Keep the sales points, shop floor, and display areas clean and tidy. Ensure that all security procedures are followed in relation to cash, keys, guest security and privacy. Support the community to collect their post and parcels. Handle requests and complaints, deferring to the Manager/Supervisor when necessary. Qualifications and experience Background in retail or sales experience, with the ability to build rapport with guests and determine future needs. Previous customer‑facing experience is required, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry. Front‑desk and guest service experience is beneficial. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Excellent attention to detail and standards. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines and remain composed under pressure. Benefits Full‑time, fixed‑term, minimum 60 hours per fortnight. Hourly rate is $25.00.
