This role includes responsibilities as a Building Project Manager and Site Foreman, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to completion. Supervise and lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and cost targets. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot construction issues. Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Requirements Qualified Builder with experience in construction management. Strong leadership skills with experience as a Site Foreman or Project Manager. In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes. Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines effectively.
