About the Role As a Territory Manager, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets. The role requires a proactive, hands‑on approach with focus on both expansion and long‑term satisfaction. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term maternity cover based in South Canterbury with regular travel. Who We’re Looking For Sales & Customer Success Expertise – value‑based sales experience with a strong record of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting relationships. Beef Industry Experience – knowledge of beef operations and passion for learning the industry. Attitude – high energy, results‑oriented, authentic, and collaborative. Territory Management – critical thinking to manage a large territory with balanced focus on sales and customer success. Problem Solving & Collaboration – resourceful, quick‑thinking, and able to work cross‑functionally. Willingness to Travel – frequent travel within the territory to engage with customers and prospects. What Your Day Could Look Like Prospecting & Expansion – sourcing new leads, managing full sales pipeline. Hitting Sales Targets – screening, qualifying, demonstrating product and negotiating contracts. Customer Account Management – maintaining relationships post‑sale and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Territory Ownership – establishing deep relationships across the beef industry. Customer Onboarding – supporting deployment and onboarding to maximize value. Field Learnings & Feedback – gathering customer feedback and collaborating with Product and R&D. Collaborating with Support – resolving customer issues quickly.
