Wayfinder Waiariki Mana Ake - Rotorua Position: Full‑time or part‑time, on site, based in Rotorua. This role offers opportunities for career growth. About the Role As a Wayfinder, you will be responsible for delivering early interventional health and wellbeing guidance, support and service within Primary and Intermediate Schools. The Mana Ake service is led by health professionals but delivered in collaboration with education, enabling support where initial discovery of wellbeing need is often identified in a community setting. About the Team / Service / Location The clinical mental health and wellbeing workforce delivers evidence‑informed individual, group and whole‑of‑class wellbeing programmes and interventions for tamariki, as well as broader wellbeing cluster support to kura and schools. The role will be based in the Waiariki region and is not suitable for remote work.
