Able to provide high quality commercial advice from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes. Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make‑good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition. Applications welcomed from those on working holiday visa’s. As the Successful Candidate You Will Be Degree qualified in building surveying with likely 2‑5 years commercial consultancy experience. Recently MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months. Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types.
