About the business Cleanline Tasman is a multi-generational NZ family-owned business that specializes in design and supply of high-quality Workwear and PPE through custom-built online PPE and Safety Management Software. It's an exciting time to join the team, with expansion opportunities and the growth of their Marketing function. About the role We're looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity across Cleanline Tasman and its in‑house brands. Focusing on both B2B and B2C activity, you'll help keep campaigns, content, design, digital channels, and communications moving day‑to‑day, turning ideas and direction into polished, on‑brand outputs across multiple platforms. It's a practical, creative role for someone who enjoys variety, works well at pace, and can confidently produce content, design assets, and campaign materials to a high standard. Key responsibilities Support the development and execution of marketing plans in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Sales. Create and adapt approved campaign assets (graphics, EDMs, social, web and sales materials) Support with brand adherences and consistency across the business. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future effectiveness. Produce day‑to‑day design work using Adobe Creative Cloud Maintain sales, product and customer-facing materials, including templates and case studies Design customer branded mockups and support bespoke uniform concepts Manage social media and website content, creating engaging digital campaigns and tracking performance. Assist with website updates, landing pages and content uploads. Use AI tools and smart workflows to improve speed, content development and marketing efficiency Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. What we're looking for Proven experience in marketing, design, content or digital roles. Strong graphic design skills and visual eye with high attention to detail. Ability to find creative angles in practical products, technical details, customer stories, people, service and everyday business activity. Confident with Adobe Creative Cloud Strong writing ability across digital and marketing channels. Experience with CRM tools, WordPress/CMS, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and AI tools. Ability to interpret briefs and turn direction into finished work. Strong organisation and time management skills. Adaptive, curious, collaborative and flexible team player. Why Join Us?
